Degree: Ph.D

Year in Program: 2nd Year

Hi! I’m Mimi, a second-year PhD student in Geography working under Dr. Kevin Curtin in the Laboratory of Location Science. My research focuses on spatial analysis and optimization for water resources, with current work on network optimization models for flood sensor placement in urban and stream environments. I hold a master’s degree in Natural Resources Management from AIT, where I studied basin-scale agricultural water allocation in the Mekong River region. My broader interests include surface water management, reservoir operations, and water policy in Southeast Asia.
