Daniel is a fluvial geomorphologist employed as an Environmental Scientist with the Ecosystems Investigations Program at the Geological Survey of Alabama. With a specialization in watershed dynamics and management, Daniel’s interests lie in restoring longitudinal connectivity of streams and rivers by integrating habitat assessments into watershed science. Daniel has received a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Alabama, a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), and a B.A. in Art with a minor in Art History from the University of Montevallo.
