I graduated with a degree in MIS in 2013 and I’ve been working as a Senior Developer at CAPS (Center for Advanced Public Safety) at UA for the past 8 years. After developing mapping applications and working with water data I decided to pursue a Master’s in Geography to learn more in this area and apply my skills to working with water issues. I am currently pursing this degree part time while I continue to work fulltime. My current research interests are with extreme flooding events and forecasting.
